3回目の評価結果は、大学の卒業式の2001年3月24日に提出しました。なんと返ってきたのが、2週間後！GBAが5月受験に間に合うように、急いで処理したのだと思います。評価結果が返ってくるまで、だいたい3ヶ月と書きましたが、私みたいに早急に評価結果が必要な場合や、手紙などで催促すれば、FACSは早く返事を出します。アメリカなので、沈黙は金ではありません。主張しないと、何も事態は変わりません。

評価結果は以下の通りです。（ダメ押しにまた長い）
I have reviewed the documentation of the educational qualifications of Mr. H who is applying for certification in your territory. My review was made in the context of the educational requirements for sitting for the Uniform CPA Examination in Guam.

In my opinion, Mr. H's Bachelor of Business degree form K University (Japan, March 2001) can be considered equivalent to a baccalaureate degree received from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States.

Mr. has completed the equivalent of at least 150 semester hours, which include at least 24 semester hours in accounting at the upper division level, including courses in the subjects of financial accounting, taxation and cost accounting, and he has completed at least thirty-six (36) semester hours in business courses, which include six (6) semester hours in economics, three (3) semester hours in business law, and three (3) semester hours in finance. Based on the transcript submitted to me, he has not completed courses in auditing at the upper division level at K University.

This evaluation, provided by the Foreign Academic Credentials Service, Inc., is advisory in nature and should not be construed as a recommendation as to whether or not the CPA Certificate should be granted.

Hは2001年3月にK大学を卒業。K大学の商学士はアメリカと同等のものである。合計150単位以上取得。専門会計単位を24単位以上取得し、財務会計・原価計算・税法は取得したが、監査は取得していない。ビジネス単位は36単位以上取得。経済学6単位、商法3単位、ファイナンスを3単位取得。このFACSの評価はHがCPAであるという推薦や、CPAでないという証明ではない。

要するに、監査以外は受験条件を満たしたということ。
先に述べましたが、監査はK大学では取得しません（できません）でした。
監査はアメリカの単位を取るハメになりました。それはまた今度ね。
